ICF Mentor Coaching

(Andrew)

What is mentor coaching? Mentor coaching focuses on building a coach’s mastery of the Core Competencies of the International Coaching Federation. As an ICF registered Mentor Coach, Andrew loves to help you grow as a coach and fulfill your ICF credential requirements.

What is on offer? Andrew offers mentor coaching to meet ICF requirements.

  • Coaches applying for an ICF ACC credential through the ACSTH or portfolio path (10 mentor coaching hours required).

  • Coaches renewing an ICF ACC credential (10 mentor coaching hours required).

  • Coaches applying for an ICF PCC credential through the ACSTH or portfolio path (10 mentor coaching hours required).

What is the focus? Through mentor coaching, Andrew helps you:

  • Affirm the ICF Core Competencies you already use as part of your unique coaching style.

  • Identify, practice and master competencies that can use some extra focus.

  • Review and firm up the structure and flow of your coaching sessions.

  • Complete your ICF credential application or renewal. Also, if needed, help you select your top recording to submit with your application.

What is the approach? Mentor coaching is offered over at least 3 months (per the ICF requirement) with in-person and/or live video sessions. You may choose one of two paths. You can do all 10 of your mentor coaching hours in one-on-one sessions focused exclusively on you as a coach. Or you can do 7 of your mentor coaching hours in a dynamic group setting (up to 8 coaches) with the final 3 hours in one-on-one sessions. Either way will fulfill your ICF requirement as you apply for or renew your ACC or PCC credential.
